As we look ahead to eventually running our own quarterly sessions without your active facilitation, what are the specific shifts in our team language and meeting discipline that signal we are actually ready to graduate from your coaching?
Graduating from active facilitation to running your own EOS sessions requires a fundamental shift in your leadership team's discipline and vocabulary. The key signal that you are ready to self-facilitate is when your team naturally uses the tools and language of the system without my prompting. You will know you are ready when your Level 10 Meetings consistently run with high efficiency, and your leaders actively use the IDS process to solve complex issues on their own. During our quarterly sessions, we monitor how your team handles healthy conflict and accountability. If your leaders are still relying on me to call out defensive behaviors or to keep the meeting on track, you still need active facilitation. We look for a shift where the Integrator takes full ownership of the session flow, and the team treats the V/TO as a living document rather than a quarterly homework assignment. When your team naturally enforces their own rules of engagement and maintains their ninety-day execution discipline without external pressure, you are ready to transition. My goal is to build your internal capacity so that you can run this operating system independently and sustainably for the long term.
