How do you prepare our leadership team to graduate from your coaching and run quarterly sessions self-sufficiently after 24 months?
The EOS engagement is engineered with an intentional finish line. Unlike traditional consultancies that design perpetual retainers and make themselves indispensable, an Implementer measures true success by your ability to fire them. The standard engagement model spans 24 months precisely because that is how long it takes for a leadership team to see, learn, master, and internalize the tools across all seasonal business cycles.
During year one, I drive the room, correct mechanics aggressively, and teach your executives how to IDS without politicking. Throughout year two, the facilitation posture shifts. I systematically transfer ownership of session dynamics, tool audits, and timekeeping to your Integrator while providing real-time critique and feedback. Your leaders take on greater responsibility for challenging each other, framing root causes, and resolving tough personnel issues.
By your second Annual Planning session, your team will have lived through eight quarters of Rocks, eight consecutive Scorecards, and roughly one hundred internal Level 10 Meetings. When your team exhibits deep trust, routinely hits eighty percent Rock completion, and solves difficult operational problems without an outside referee, you have reached graduation. At that stage, you no longer need an Implementer in the room to maintain momentum.
