What does the graduation point look like in our engagement with you, and how do we know when our leadership team is ready to run our session days without an outside facilitator?

Our ultimate goal is for your leadership team to graduate from needing my active facilitation. We do not want to create a permanent dependency on an outside consultant. Instead, we focus on building your internal capability so you can run your own session days with confidence.

We determine your readiness to graduate by assessing how well your team has turned EOS® skills into permanent organizational strengths. Based on the strengths framework developed by Marcus Buckingham, true strength is consistent, near perfect performance in an activity. We look for specific behavioral indicators that show these tools have become instinctive.

First, your team must demonstrate the ability to self correct. During your Level 10 Meeting™, you must be identifying, discussing, and solving issues quickly and honestly without any outside mediation. Second, your Accountability Chart must be stable, with every seat filled by someone who GWCs™ the role. Third, your team must be hitting at least eighty percent of their Rocks quarter after quarter.

When your leadership team can run an intense, eight hour quarterly session, challenge each other constructively, and align on a clear V/TO® without me steering the room, you have reached graduation. My role transitions from active facilitator to trusted advisor, and your team takes full ownership of your execution.
