When we reach the end of our twenty-four-month engagement and are ready to graduate, how do we transition the system so we are entirely self-sufficient without your facilitation during our quarterlies and annuals?
The ultimate measure of success for our twenty-four-month engagement is your team's complete self-sufficiency. I do not design our relationship to make you dependent on my facilitation to run your business. From our very first session, we are working toward your graduation.
Throughout our quarters together, my role transition is intentional. In the beginning, I am heavily facilitating, teaching the tools, and keeping the agenda on track. As we move into the second year, I start stepping back, encouraging your team, and particularly your Integrator, to take more active ownership of the room during our session days.
By the time we approach the end of the two-year cycle, your team should have built the operational muscle memory to handle the facilitation internally. You will have a deep understanding of how to run the IDS® process, how to set realistic and challenging Rocks, and how to maintain the health of your leadership team.
To ensure a clean transition, we will spend our final sessions preparing your Integrator to facilitate your future quarterly and annual meetings. We will establish a clear process for how you will update your V/TO®, track your Scorecard, and cascade the tools to the rest of the organization without external help, leaving you with a highly disciplined, self-sustaining business.
