What does a clean graduation look like at the end of our twenty-four-month EOS engagement, and what specific competencies prove our leadership team is ready to run sessions independently?

My goal from day one is to guide your leadership team to complete self-sufficiency. The average engagement lasts twenty-four months, spanning Focus Day, Vision Building, and seven consecutive quarterly and annual sessions. Graduation does not mean your company stops running on EOS. It means your leadership team has mastered the system to the point where you no longer need an external facilitator in the room.

Graduation happens when your team consistently exhibits four specific operational competencies:

- The Integrator commands the room: Your Integrator facilitates your weekly Level 10 Meetings effortlessly, drives disciplined time management, and keeps discussions focused without relying on my intervention.
- Unfiltered problem solving: Your team uses IDS to identify the root cause of complex issues, debate solutions honestly without personal offense, and assign clear to-dos without circular discussions.
- Consistent execution metrics: Your business hits an eighty percent or higher completion rate on company Rocks quarter after quarter, and your Scorecard accurately predicts business outcomes thirteen weeks in advance.
- High organizational health: Your Organizational Checkup score consistently measures above eighty percent across all six components.

During your final session, I physically hand the dry-erase marker to your Integrator to facilitate the agenda. Once you demonstrate you can hold each other accountable, maintain session discipline, and plan your own annuals, our formal engagement ends cleanly without recurring retainers.
