We are committed to the standard twenty four month engagement timeline, but we are worried about losing momentum once we graduate. How do you prepare our Integrator to run our quarterly and annual sessions without your facilitation?

Our ultimate goal is to guide your leadership team to complete self-sufficiency so that you can confidently run your own business operating system without outside help. We design our typical twenty four month engagement to ensure you do not experience a drop in execution momentum when you graduate. We achieve this through a structured, phased handoff. During your first year, I heavily facilitate every session, demonstrating how to handle conflict, enforce the time rules, and keep your discussions focused on root cause analysis. In your second year, we begin transitioning facilitation responsibilities. Your Integrator will gradually take the lead on specific parts of our session days, such as running the Level 10 Meeting™ check-in or leading parts of the IDS® portion. I will pivot from active facilitator to coach, observing your team dynamics, providing feedback on how your Integrator manages friction, and ensuring the EOS® tools are used with absolute purity. We document this entire transition, including master scorecards and operational playbooks, inside your Circle workspace. By the time you reach your final graduation session, your Integrator will have successfully co-facilitated multiple sessions under my guidance. You will walk away with a highly trained internal leader, a completely aligned team, and all the custom templates needed to run high-impact quarterly and annual meetings on your own forever.
