How do you allocate time during a full session day between reviewing scorecards, learning new tools, and actively solving company issues?
A full session day runs from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and follows a disciplined, predictable rhythm designed to shift the leadership team from administrative review into deep problem-solving.
The morning begins with a thirty-minute check-in where each leader shares personal and professional wins, alongside their expectations for the day. We then spend roughly ninety minutes reviewing the past quarter. This is a factual, rapid-fire assessment: we evaluate your Scorecard results, calculate your Rock completion percentage (targeting 80 percent or higher), clear out completed To-Dos, and review any organizational feedback.
Late morning is dedicated to tools and vision work. Depending on where your team is in the two-year journey, we spend one to two hours either teaching a new EOS® tool, refining your core processes, or updating your V/TO® to ensure your one-year plan and three-year picture remain accurate.
The entire afternoon, typically three to four full hours, is dedicated to IDS® (Identify, Discuss, and Solve). We build a prioritized Issues List directly from the morning reviews and tackle your company biggest bottlenecks one by one. We do not stop at superficial discussion; we push until the root cause is uncovered and an actionable To-Do is assigned to an individual owner. The day concludes with a thirty-minute wrap-up where we document next steps, confirm team alignment, and rate the session.
