Can you break down the exact agenda and operational sequence of our full-day quarterly sessions from the opening check-in to adjournment?
Every quarterly session runs on a strict, predictable rhythm from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This consistency creates psychological safety and allows the leadership team to focus entirely on solving problems rather than guessing what comes next.
The day begins with the Segue. Each leader shares personal and professional good news, reviews their expectations for the day, and checks in. Next, we review the previous quarter. We review your leadership Scorecard metrics, evaluate every individual and company Rock to determine whether it was completed or missed, and clear past-due To-Dos. We do not litigate off-track items during this review; we simply move unresolved problems directly to the Issues List.
Late morning focuses on the Vision/Traction Organizer. We review your core targets, customer profiles, and strategic goals to ensure absolute alignment. Before breaking for lunch, we establish the company and individual Rocks for the next ninety days, capping them at three to seven high-impact priorities.
The entire afternoon is dedicated to IDS: Identify, Discuss, and Solve. We prioritize the Issues List and spend three to four hours drilling into root causes, debating solutions, and converting obstacles into clear action items with assigned owners and seven-day deadlines.
We conclude with session ratings, next steps, and a cascade plan detailing exactly what will be communicated to the rest of the company. You leave with total clarity on who owns what for the next quarter.
