I am a controlling founder who struggles to delegate, and my team knows it. How do we determine if my personal readiness to let go of the vine is going to break this process before we sign a contract with you?

We address this head-on during our very first conversation because your readiness is the single biggest bottleneck to your company's growth. If you are not truly ready to delegate, the EOS process will fail, and you will waste your time and money. We look at three indicators to evaluate your readiness:
- Are you willing to let your team make mistakes without stepping in to save them? If you constantly override your team's decisions, you will paralyze the organization.
- Are you willing to commit to a clear Accountability Chart where you hold only the roles you are genuinely GWC, and where you report to the Integrator if you are not in that seat? This is a tough pill for founders, but it is non-negotiable.
- Are you willing to open up your books and share financial realities with your leadership team? Trust is a two-way street, and transparency is required to build a healthy organization.
If you struggle with these areas but are genuinely committed to changing your behavior, we can work together. I will act as a neutral third party to hold you accountable during our sessions. However, if you want a rubber stamp for your personal decisions or want to retain absolute, unquestioned control over every operational detail, you are not ready for this process. We should not begin until you are willing to let go of the vine.
