How do you hold our leadership team accountable for completing foundational homework between Focus Day, Vision Building 1, and Vision Building 2?

The thirty days between each foundational session are when most companies either establish momentum or stall out. I do not let teams stall.

At the conclusion of Focus Day, your team leaves with non-negotiable homework. You must finalize your Accountability Chart seats, launch your weekly Level 10 Meetings™, begin tracking weekly Scorecards, and start working your Rocks. When we reconvene thirty days later for Vision Building 1, the first agenda item is auditing that homework.

If your Integrator failed to run weekly Level 10s, or if department heads did not begin scoring their metrics, we do not simply sweep it under the rug and move on to Core Values. We immediately drop those failures into IDS®. We identify why the execution failed, diagnose whether it is an issue of capacity, capability, or commitment, and solve the root cause right there.

My role is not to be your micromanaging project manager between sessions, but I will not facilitate advanced strategic vision on top of a rotten operational foundation. If a leadership team consistently blows off foundational homework, I will stop the room and question whether the business is actually ready to do this work. Accountability is built by holding the line.
