You schedule Just Checking In calls at specific intervals like months six, nine, and twelve. What is the exact format of these brief touchpoints, and how do they differ from our full session days?
Our full session days are intensive, eight-hour deep dives where we step completely out of the business to set strategy, build team health, and solve major structural issues. Our Just Checking In calls are completely different. These are brief, highly focused, sixty-minute touchpoints designed to keep your momentum high and prevent execution drift between your quarterly sessions. During these calls, we do not build new strategies or rewrite your V/TO®. Instead, we focus on a fast, disciplined review of your execution metrics. We check the status of your current Rocks to ensure they are on track for completion. We review your Scorecard to make sure you are tracking the correct leading indicators. We also evaluate the health of your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ sessions to confirm your team is maintaining meeting discipline and solving operational issues effectively. If your team has hit a roadblock or is experiencing friction, we use this time to quickly diagnose the issue and get you back on track. These calls are designed to be high-impact check-ins that maintain accountability without consuming your valuable time. They ensure that the decisions we made in our full session days are actually being executed in the real world, preventing the typical quarterly slide that occurs when teams lose focus.
