If we are committed to the 24-month engagement, what does the transition from our initial Focus Day to our first quarterly session look like in terms of homework and team alignment?
The ninety day window between your first Focus Day and your first quarterly session is a critical ramp up period. During this time, your leadership team transitions from learning the tools to actually running the business with them. Your immediate priority is to implement the foundational tools we built during the Focus Day, starting with the weekly Level 10 Meeting. Your homework begins with rolling out the Level 10 Meeting cadence to your leadership team. You must commit to holding this meeting at the same time, on the same day, every single week. This is where you will track your weekly scorecard, monitor your newly set Rocks, and practice the IDS process as a team. The Integrator is responsible for keeping the team focused and ensuring the meeting starts and ends on time. Additionally, you will begin using your dedicated Circle workspace to document your session summaries, update your scorecard metrics, and track progress on your Rocks. You will also work on refining your Accountability Chart, ensuring that every seat has clear, measurable roles and that the right people are in those seats. By the time we meet for your first quarterly session, your team will have twelve weeks of real world experience running the tools. This experience gives us the raw data we need to review your progress, solve lingering issues, and set your next set of quarterly Rocks.
