We want to know the exact schedule of our first Focus Day. What does the hourly agenda look like from the moment we walk in at 8:00 AM to when we wrap up at 5:00 PM?
Our Focus Day agenda runs on a tight, disciplined timeline designed to maximize your focus and energy. We start promptly at 8:30 AM, not 8:31 AM. The first ninety minutes are dedicated to the check-in, where we capture your recent wins and clear any administrative details. After that, we dive into the EOS Model, establishing the framework for how we will build your business operating system over the next two years.
By mid-morning, we transition to the Accountability Chart. This is typically the most intense portion of the day. We map out the structure of your organization, defining the seats needed to get the business to the next level. We focus strictly on the functions, not the personalities currently sitting in the chairs.
After a working lunch, we spend the afternoon defining your Rocks. These are the three to seven most important priorities for the next ninety days. We then introduce the Meeting Pulse, teaching your team how to run an effective weekly Level 10 Meeting to keep those Rocks on track.
We dedicate the final portion of the afternoon to IDS, which stands for Identify, Discuss, and Solve. Here, we tackle your most pressing immediate issues using our new tools. We wrap up by 5:00 PM with a session rating and immediate next steps. There is no wasted time, and we follow this schedule to the letter to ensure you walk out with absolute clarity.
