Half of our leadership team has fully embraced the EOS® process, while the other half treats our Level 10 Meetings™ and Rocks as optional bureaucratic exercises, creating a fractured company culture. How do we get the entire team to commit to one operating system?

A leadership team cannot function cohesively when half the team is operating on EOS® and the other half is treating it as an optional exercise. This division creates a fractured culture and slows down execution. As the Integrator, you must establish that running on EOS® is not optional. It is the operating system of the company. If leaders are skipping Level 10 Meetings™, failing to complete their Rocks, or ignoring their scorecard metrics, they are failing to execute the basic requirements of their seats. Use the GWC™ tool to evaluate these resistant leaders. Do they truly get, want, and have the capacity to lead their departments using this operating system? If they are unwilling to adopt the system, they are showing a lack of alignment with the company's direction. Address this during your individual check ins. Explain that a unified operating system is critical for building a scalable, exit ready business. If they cannot or will not run on this system, you must find leaders who will. You cannot afford to let passive resistance from a few executives stall the progress of the entire organization.
