Automating your Level 10 Meeting™ scorecard with AI-powered data can accelerate your weekly pulse, but only if the leadership team trusts the numbers. If your leaders spend the scorecard review debating the algorithm, you have lost both accountability and time. A scorecard metric is a weekly measure of activity that predicts future success. Every single metric on that scorecard must be owned by a specific seat on your Accountability Chart. That seat owner is fully responsible for the number, which means they must also own the accuracy of the data. If a leader does not trust the automated data, they cannot shrug and blame the system. The owner of that metric must work with your tech team outside of the weekly meeting to audit the AI tool and fix the integration. During the five-minute scorecard review, the rules are absolute. The number is either on track or off track. If a leader disagrees with the automated number, they must drop it down to the Issues List for IDS®. Do not debate the technical details during the review. If the data is repeatedly unreliable, assign a To-Do to the metric owner to fix the automated pipeline. Keep the focus on execution.
