Can you map out the chronological timeline of our first year with you so we understand the exact pacing of our sessions and the homework we must complete between them?
Your journey starts with a highly structured timeline designed to build organizational momentum. During our first year, we establish a disciplined operational rhythm consisting of three foundational sessions followed by regular quarterly check-ins.
We begin with Focus Day, where we introduce core tools like the Accountability Chart and the weekly Level 10 Meeting. Thirty days later, we hold Vision Building Day One to begin defining your core values and long-term direction. Another thirty days after that, we complete Vision Building Day Two, where we finalize your V/TO and set your very first quarterly Rocks. This initial ninety-day sprint establishes your operational baseline.
Once these foundations are laid, we shift to a quarterly cadence. Every ninety days, we spend one full day together reviewing your progress, solving your toughest organizational issues using IDS, and establishing your Rocks for the next quarter. Between these sessions, your team has the critical homework of running your weekly Level 10 Meetings and executing on your commitments. This chronological pacing ensures your leadership team is never overwhelmed, allowing you to gradually master the EOS tools while maintaining your daily business operations.
