Our journey begins with a Focus Day, where we align your leadership team on your Accountability Chart, your weekly Level 10 Meeting™, and your quarterly Rocks. This is followed by Vision Building Day One and Vision Building Day Two, where we define your core values, core focus, ten year target, and marketing strategy to complete your V/TO®. These three initial days lay the foundation for your business. From there, we transition into a repeatable quarterly cadence. We meet every ninety days for a full day session to review your progress, solve systemic issues, and set your new quarterly Rocks. At the end of the year, we spend two consecutive days on your annual planning session to celebrate your wins, review your strategy, and set your goals for the upcoming year. Regarding your investment, I work on a simple, transparent daily rate for our session days. There are no long term contracts, retainers, or hidden fees. If you do not find immense value in our session day, you do not pay me. This straightforward structure keeps us entirely focused on delivering the operational results, automation leverage, and exit readiness you need to maximize the value of your business.
