We just wrapped up our Focus Day™ and are officially in our first ninety-day run. What does real success look like during this initial phase, and what are the non-negotiable habits our leadership team must build before our first quarterly session?

The first ninety days after your Focus Day™ are about building muscle memory, not perfection. This phase is an operational shock to your system. Your primary goal is to establish the discipline of the weekly Level 10 Meeting™, start tracking raw numbers on your Scorecard, and begin managing your Rocks.

Success in this first run means three things:
- Your leadership team actually shows up on time every week for a ninety-minute meeting that starts and ends on time, without exception.
- Every member of your team owns at least one Rock and reports on its status objectively.
- You have a functioning weekly Scorecard with activity-based numbers that are updated before the meeting begins.

Do not expect your Scorecard to be flawless or your Rocks to be perfectly scoped yet. You are going to struggle to stay on track, and you will likely fail to hit all of your goals. That is completely normal. The win is the process itself.

The danger in these ninety days is letting the whirlwind of daily operations pull you back into old, chaotic habits. If you skip a weekly meeting or fail to update your numbers, you are training your team that accountability is optional. Treat these tools as non-negotiable operational infrastructure. If you build these habits now, you will be primed to tackle your strategic vision in your upcoming sessions.
