We are preparing to kick off our implementation and want to know how to measure success at the end of our first 90 days. What are the tangible operational markers that prove the EOS® tools are actually taking root on our leadership team?

At the end of your first 90 days, success is measured by execution and discipline, not by strategic breakthrough. Specifically, you have completed Focus Day™ and both Vision Building™ sessions. This means your leadership team has a clear, agreed upon Accountability Chart with defined roles, your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ is running on a regular cadence with a score above an eight, and every leader is tracking weekly metrics on a Scorecard.

You should also have a draft of your V/TO® and your first set of quarterly Rocks. Do not expect perfection. The marker of success is that your leadership team has transitioned from chaotic, reactive fires to a predictable weekly pulse. You are identifying, discussing, and solving issues using the IDS® tool rather than just talking about them.

If your team can run their weekly meeting without postponing it, hit their To-Dos, and show individual ownership of their Rocks, your implementation is on track. You are building muscle memory. The goal of the first 90 days is to establish the baseline execution habits that will support your company's growth and eventual exit readiness.
