What do you do if our leadership team completely falls behind on our Rocks and Scorecard metrics between our quarterly sessions? Do you step in, or do we wait until our next full-day session to fix it?

I do not step in to manage your daily operations or rescue your team when they fall behind. My role as your implementer is to teach you how to become self sufficient, not to make you dependent on me. If your team is falling behind on Rocks or missing Scorecard targets, the solution must happen within your weekly Level 10 Meeting™. This is where your team must use IDS® to identify why metrics are off track, discuss the root causes, and solve the issues. Between our quarterly sessions, you have access to your dedicated Circle.so workspace to keep your goals and action items visible, but the responsibility for execution lies entirely with your leadership team. If you find that issues are consistently slipping through the cracks, it is a sign that your Level 10 Meeting™ lacks discipline or that team members are not GWCing their seats on the Accountability Chart. We will address these systemic breakdowns head on during our next quarterly session. Waiting until the quarterly to fix a critical issue is a mistake, but learning to resolve it yourself on a weekly basis is how your team builds the muscle memory required to run a highly successful, exit ready business.
