What is the actual division of labor between you and our leadership team during a full-day session, and what are you physically doing in the room?

During our full-day sessions, my role is strictly defined. I am there as your teacher, your facilitator, and your coach. I do not run your business, I do not take sides in your arguments, and I do not make decisions for you. I own the agenda, the energy in the room, and the purity of the EOS® process. I am physically facilitating the day, keeping your team on track, forcing you to IDS® your issues, and ensuring that no one dominates the conversation.

Your leadership team does the heavy lifting. You own the content, the numbers, the decisions, and the accountability. You must show up with your phones off, ready to engage in healthy, unfiltered conflict. Your job is to debate hard, decide collectively, and support the final decision outside the room.

I will challenge you when I see organizational politics, lack of clarity, or team members who do not seem to GWC™ their roles on the Accountability Chart. I use my outside perspective to call out the elephant in the room so your team can address it directly. By keeping the session structured and fast-paced, I ensure we extract maximum value from every hour we spend together.
