During our session days, we will be diving deep into core organizational health and resolving tough issues. What is your exact role in the room versus my role as the visionary CEO?

During our session days, my role is strictly defined to ensure we achieve maximum results. I am not a consultant who tells you how to run your business, nor am I a temporary member of your executive team. Instead, I serve as your teacher, facilitator, and coach. As your teacher, I introduce the core tools of EOS® and ensure your team understands how to apply them. As your facilitator, I guide the agenda, keep us on time, and create a safe environment for open and honest debate. I hold up a mirror to your team, forcing you to confront uncomfortable truths and push past polite agreement to resolve real issues. As your coach, I hold you accountable to your own rules and help you build a healthy team dynamic. This means you, as the CEO, are a fully active participant. You do not have to run the meeting, watch the clock, or worry about managing the personalities in the room. You get to step out of the facilitator seat and focus entirely on participating, contributing your vision, and collaborating with your team as peers. This clear division of labor is essential for honest alignment.
