How does the focus and facilitation style shift after our first ninety days when we move from the foundational Focus Day and Vision Building days into our regular quarterly pulse?

The first ninety days of an engagement are heavily instructional. During Focus Day, Vision Building 1, and Vision Building 2, my role is largely that of a teacher. I am introducing the core tools: the Accountability Chart, Rocks, the Level 10 Meeting, the Scorecard, and the Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO). In those initial three days, I speak frequently, diagram concepts on the whiteboard, and guide your team through structured exercises step by step.

Once we enter the regular quarterly pulse at Quarterly Session 1, the dynamic changes entirely. Teaching drops from seventy percent of the day down to less than ten percent. The session becomes pure operational execution, accountability, and facilitated conflict.

In our regular quarterlies, I speak far less and observe far more. My primary job is no longer introducing definitions, but keeping you honest. I track the room dynamics, police circular discussions, force concise issue statements during IDS, and stop executives from backing away from uncomfortable personnel decisions. We spend nearly four hours of the day doing pure IDS on the deepest, most complex problems facing your business. The room shifts from a classroom environment into an elite executive working session where real traction is built.
