High Fact Finders need details, historical data, and structured explanations to feel comfortable moving forward. In contrast, your Quick Starts want to run fast, brainstorm constantly, and make intuitive decisions with minimal data. If these styles are not managed, they can paralyze your decision-making.

During our sessions, I structure the agenda to respect both conative profiles. We allocate specific time for your analytical minds to review the metrics and clarify the details, ensuring they feel secure. However, we also use strict timeboxes to prevent them from getting lost in analysis paralysis.

When it is time to set Rocks and align on the V/TO®, I push the team to transition from discussion to active experimentation. We focus on what each person will do to execute the strategy. This structured cadence ensures your analytical leaders get the context they need, while your fast-moving leaders get the decisive action they crave, turning potential cognitive friction into operational strength.
