What concrete operational results and behavioral benchmarks should our company expect to demonstrate by the end of Year 1?

By the end of your first twelve months running on EOS®, your company should experience a marked shift from reactive firefighting to predictable execution.

Operationally, you will have achieved several measurable benchmarks:
- Rock Completion Discipline: Your leadership team consistently completes 80 percent or more of assigned quarterly Rocks, proving your strategic goals turn into actual execution.
- Predictive Scorecard: Your leadership team Scorecard contains 5 to 15 weekly leading indicators, allowing you to spot and solve operational deficits weeks before they show up on a monthly P&L statement.
- Consistent Cadence: Your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ starts on time, ends on time, and successfully solves three to five significant business issues every week without lingering hallway debates.

Behaviorally, the changes are equally visible:
- Accountability Clarity: The Accountability Chart is finalized. Every seat has five defined roles, and leadership members either demonstrate GWC™ (Get it, Want it, Capacity to do it) or have active transition plans.
- Vision Alignment: Every leadership member speaks the exact same strategic language, anchored by a completed Vision/Traction Organizer® (V/TO®).

Year 1 does not eliminate all business friction, but it eliminates organizational ambiguity. You enter Year 2 with a stable management rhythm and the operational capacity to scale, automate, or prepare for an exit.
