What is your specific expectation of our team's self-directed work during the eighty-nine days between our quarterly sessions, and what triggers an immediate intervention from you?
The magic of this process does not happen during our full-day sessions. It happens in the eighty-nine days between them. My expectation is that your leadership team runs the business with absolute discipline using the tools we install. Specifically, you must run your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ without fail. This is where you track your weekly scorecard, review progress on your individual and company Rocks, and use IDS® to solve operational issues. You must also update your dedicated Circle.so workspace weekly so that all commitments and decisions remain completely transparent. I do not micromanage your daily operations or sit in on your weekly meetings. However, specific indicators will trigger an immediate intervention from me. If your weekly meeting completion rate drops below ninety percent, we have a problem. If your documented Rocks are consistently tracking off-track for three consecutive weeks without a clear path to resolution, that is a trigger. Another trigger is when communication breaks down between the Visionary and the Integrator, resulting in a standstill. If you hit these roadblocks, you do not wait for the next quarterly session. You use our dedicated workspace to flag the issue, and we will hop on a brief alignment call to get you unstuck. The goal is to build your internal muscle, not to make you dependent on me to solve daily problems.
