We worry that once we walk out of your session room, the daily whirlwind will take over and we will ignore our homework. What is your exact expectation of our leadership team during those ninety days between our quarterlies?
The real work does not happen in the session room. It happens in the ninety days between our quarterly sessions. My expectation is that your leadership team runs the business on the system daily, not just when I am in the room. Specifically, you must run your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ without fail. This is your operational pulse. In this meeting, you review your weekly Scorecard, track progress on your Rocks, and solve your issues using the IDS® process. You also must execute your Rocks. Rocks are your priorities for the quarter, and you should expect to complete at least eighty percent of them. Between sessions, your dedicated Circle.so workspace acts as your digital operating hub. All your session summaries, V/TO® updates, and action items are housed there for absolute transparency. My role between sessions is not to micromanage your daily tasks. I am your guide and teacher, but your Integrator must own the internal execution. If you treat this as a quarterly event rather than a daily operational discipline, your implementation will fail.
