What are your exact expectations of our leadership team between our quarterly sessions, and how much time do we need to dedicate to the system on a weekly basis?
My role as your Professional EOS Implementer® is to facilitate your sessions, teach you the tools, and push your team to make hard decisions. However, the real work of transformation happens in the ninety days between our sessions. I expect your leadership team to maintain a high level of self-discipline and active experimentation.
On a weekly basis, this requires every leader to participate fully in your ninety-minute Level 10 Meeting™ and to dedicate at least three to five hours of focused white space to working on their quarterly Rocks. This is not extra work; it is the work of leading a scalable, exit-ready business.
We expect your leaders to actively apply the tools we learn in our sessions, such as IDS® and the Accountability Chart, to their daily department operations. We also expect your team to embrace a professional mindset, fighting the daily temptation to slip back into reactive habits.
You must be willing to hold each other accountable to your commitments without waiting for me to step in. The quarterly sessions are simply the pit stops where we realign and adjust our strategy; your weekly execution is the actual race that determines your company's growth and value.
