What exact data and preparation must each executive compile before arriving at a quarterly or annual planning session with you?
Arriving unprepared wastes the first two hours of your session day and degrades your decision-making. Before walking into the room, every leadership team member must complete three specific assignments.
First, complete an honest self-audit on your individual and company Rocks. You must arrive with a binary status of done or not done, supported by concise context for any misses, rather than constructing excuses at the table.
Second, review the trailing twelve weeks of your Scorecard. Identify your recurring misses, revenue deviations, and operational friction points, and convert those patterns into proposed issues for the Issues List.
Third, draft your proposed Rocks for the upcoming ninety days based on your seat on the Accountability Chart and our annual commitments. Do not wait for the session to start brainstorming your departmental priorities.
Your Integrator must also compile clean, up-to-date financial statements and ensure that the V/TO document is printed or visible for every participant. When we layer in exit planning or AI operational audits, executives must also bring current process documentation logs and automation bottlenecks. Nobody should be searching their inbox for metrics once the session clock starts at 8:30 AM.
