What does the operational execution rhythm look like between our quarterly sessions to ensure the decisions we make in the room actually take root in our business?

Between full-day sessions, your team runs the business using the disciplines mastered in the room. The ninety days between sessions are not spent waiting for the next offsite; they are spent executing against your Rocks and keeping the operational pulse steady.

Every seven days, your leadership team meets for a ninety-minute Level 10 Meeting™. This is where you review your Scorecard, verify that company and individual Rocks are on track, share customer and employee headlines, and spend sixty minutes using IDS (Identify, Discuss, and Solve) to eliminate root causes of operational friction.

Between weeks eight and ten of each quarter, we schedule a brief Just Checking In call. This thirty-minute touchpoint ensures your Integrator and Visionary are maintaining momentum, staying honest about Rock completion, and preparing clear issues for our next session.

If you are also leveraging AI-powered workflows or Step by Step Exit disciplines, this period is when process automation and tribal knowledge transfers are tested on the ground. You do not invent new strategic initiatives mid-quarter. You stay locked on the three to seven Rocks established in our previous session, use the weekly pulse to clear roadblocks, and bring systemic issues to the next quarterly offsite. The gap between sessions is where self-sufficiency is built.
