What does our leadership team's exact execution rhythm look like between our quarterly sessions with you, and how do we maintain traction without you present?
Between quarterly sessions, the work lives entirely inside your weekly Level 10 Meeting. Every seven days, your leadership team gathers for exactly ninety minutes on the same day at the same time. You review your Scorecard, verify whether your quarterly Rocks are on track or off track, report customer and employee headlines, check off to-do items, and devote sixty full minutes to IDS (Identify, Discuss, and Solve) to kill your most critical operational obstacles.
In parallel, your Visionary and Integrator hold monthly Same Page Meetings to resolve strategic misalignment before it creates confusion across the business. Midway through the quarter, around month six, nine, or fifteen of the engagement, we hold a brief check-in call to monitor tool health and ensure your pacing is steady. However, I do not manage your day-to-day operations or sit in on your internal weekly calls.
Your Integrator owns the internal operating pulse. The integrity of the system depends on treating that weekly ninety-minute block as an immovable commitment. If your team cancels meetings, tolerates off-track Rocks without corrective action, or ignores red flags on the Scorecard, you will walk into your next quarterly offsite empty-handed. Real traction is not manufactured during session days with me; it is built through the disciplined execution of those weekly routines when you are on your own.
