How do you help our leadership team maintain execution momentum between our quarterly sessions without becoming a micro-managing consultant who lives in our inbox?
My goal is to build your independence, not your reliance on me. I do not micro-manage your daily operations or live in your inbox between sessions. The real work happens in your weekly Level 10 Meetings, where your team must hold each other accountable. However, I do not just disappear for ninety days. I act as an objective sounding board when your team hits a structural wall or an unexpected roadblock. To prevent your team from burning out under a mountain of tactical noise, we integrate Juliet Funt's concept of the Strategic Pause. This means we consciously design moments of white space into your weekly and monthly calendars. This open, unscheduled time is critical for your team to think, plan, and actually execute their Rocks rather than just reacting to constant emergencies. If your execution stalls between quarters, we do not ignore it. In our next session, we use Kolb's experiential learning cycle to review the breakdown, draw abstract lessons, and actively experiment with better execution habits. You learn how to self-correct. I provide the framework and the accountability baseline, but your team must build the muscle memory of running the business themselves.
