Once we leave our quarterly session, how does our team stay aligned and on track between our face-to-face meetings with you, and what is your role during those ninety days?

Between our full day sessions, the heavy lifting of running your business on EOS® takes place. My role transitions from active facilitator to a supportive guide, and your team transitions to pure execution. We do not let the momentum of our session day evaporate. Immediately following our session, all summaries, updated V/TO® documents, Accountability Chart adjustments, and agreed upon Rocks are fully documented in your dedicated Circle.so workspace. This serves as your team's single source of electronic truth, keeping everything highly visible. Your leadership team returns to the business and begins running your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ process. This weekly pulse is where you track your metrics, review your Rock progress, and use the IDS® method to solve operational issues. You do not need me in those weekly meetings; the tools are designed to make you self-sufficient. My job between sessions is to keep you honest without stepping in as a fractional manager. You have access to my eyes and ears. If your Integrator hits a wall or you experience a major structural issue, we schedule a quick call to realign. We do not let small issues fester for ninety days. The goal is to build your internal capability so that execution becomes a natural reflex, not a forced chore.
