The magic of the ninety-day cycle is that execution does not happen in a vacuum. Once we finalize your Rocks in our session room, those priorities are immediately integrated into your weekly operations. The primary vehicle for this execution is your weekly Level 10 Meeting™.

Every week, your leadership team meets for ninety minutes to review your Scorecard, check the status of your Rocks, and solve operational issues. If a quarterly Rock is falling behind, it is flagged on the weekly meeting agenda. Your team then uses the IDS® tool to identify the root cause of the delay, discuss solutions, and assign action items to get it back on track.

Between our quarterly sessions, you must also use your dedicated Circle.so workspace to keep information centralized and transparent. This portal holds your session summaries, V/TO® updates, and accountability agreements. My expectation is that your team remains disciplined, reviews the workspace, and never lets a week pass without a structured Level 10 Meeting™. This consistent operational rhythm prevents your strategic plans from being forgotten.
