How do we evaluate our tactical progress during each quarterly session with you to ensure our daily execution is actually keeping pace with our two year roadmap?

We track tactical progress through a combination of hard completion rates and tool maturity. At the start of every quarterly session, we review your previous quarter's Rocks. We look for a consistent execution rate of eighty percent or higher. If your team is consistently falling below this threshold, it tells us we have an issue with forecasting, capacity, or accountability that we must solve immediately. We also measure progress by looking at the evolution of your Accountability Chart. In the first few sessions, we focus on identifying the right seats and getting the right people in them. As we progress toward the twelve and eighteen month marks, we look for your team's ability to self correct and solve people issues without my intervention. Your Level 10 Meeting™ scores should also show steady improvement, moving from messy, unfocused sessions to disciplined, highly efficient problem solving blocks that consistently rate an eight or higher. Finally, we measure your progress against the EOS® tools themselves. We use the Organizational Checkup™ to establish a baseline and then rerun it at regular intervals. This tool measures your strength in the Six Key Components™ of your business. We expect to see your overall score rise steadily as we implement each tool. If the numbers stagnate, we drill down into the specific component that is lagging. This systematic tracking ensures you are not just feeling better about your business, but actually building a more valuable, scalable asset that is ready for any future transition.
