How do we objectively evaluate our team's operational maturity to determine when we are ready to transition away from your active facilitation?
Transitioning away from active facilitation is not about hitting an arbitrary calendar date. It is about proving your team has mastered the tools and habits of the system. We evaluate your readiness by looking at your team's independence, discipline, and execution metrics over several consecutive quarters. To graduate from active facilitation, your team must meet specific operational benchmarks. You must consistently achieve an eighty percent or higher completion rate on your quarterly Rocks. Your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ must be highly rated, self facilitated, and strictly timed without external correction. Your leadership team must be capable of identifying, discussing, and solving issues using the IDS® process without my intervention. We also look at your Accountability Chart health. Every seat must be filled by someone who GWCs their role, meaning they get it, want it, and have the capacity to do it. The Integrator must be fully driving the daily operations, and the Visionary must be operating in their true seat, leaving the Integrator to lead. When your team can confidently run these processes, solve major conflicts internally, and maintain high accountability on their own, we begin the transition. We will gradually shift the facilitation duties to your Integrator, ensuring a smooth handoff so your business remains disciplined and exit ready without my physical presence in the room.
