How do we objectively evaluate our leadership team's progress and tool mastery at our twelve-month mark to ensure we are actually on track for self-sufficiency?

At the twelve-month mark of our twenty-four-month engagement, we conduct a rigorous assessment of your team's operational autonomy. We do not rely on gut feelings. Instead, we look at objective indicators of tool mastery. First, we evaluate your Level 10 Meeting™ discipline. Your team should be running these meetings weekly without fail, and they must consistently rate at an eight or higher on a scale of one to ten. Second, we audit your Accountability Chart to ensure every seat is filled by someone who has GWC™, meaning they Get it, Want it, and have the Capacity to do it, with zero lingering owner interventions in those seats. Third, we measure your Rock completion rate over the previous three quarters. A healthy, self-sufficient team regularly hits an eighty percent or higher completion rate on their quarterly Rocks. We also review your dedicated Circle.so workspace to verify that your weekly scorecards are fully populated with leading indicators, and that your processes are actively documented rather than residing in your team's heads. If we see that you are still relying on me to resolve minor disputes between sessions, that is a clear indicator we need to tighten your internal IDS® process. This objective evaluation ensures we use the second year of our engagement to transition you from learning the tools to achieving absolute operational independence.
