When a team feels like they are spinning their wheels after six months, we must diagnose the issue objectively using the tools of the system itself. First, we look at your Rock completion rate and your scorecard metrics. If your team is failing to complete eighty percent of your Rocks, we do not have a facilitation problem; we have an execution and accountability problem.

My role as a Professional EOS Implementer® is to provide the structure, facilitate the conversations, and teach you how to use the tools. I do not run your business or complete your homework for you. If we find that your team is fully executing but you are still not seeing results, we must look at the alignment of your V/TO®.

We will use our next quarterly session to run a brutal, honest assessment of your leadership team. We will check if we have the right people in the right seats, and if we are truly identifying the root causes of our issues. I am committed to your success, but the system only works if you own the results.
