How do we evaluate our quarterly progress to determine if we should exit our engagement with you before the standard twenty-four-month mark?
Our standard engagement model is built around a typical twenty-four month journey, but we do not lock you into a long-term, unbreakable contract. We work session by session because you should only pay for the value you receive. The timeline is designed to take your leadership team through the foundational setup of Focus Day, Vision Building 1, and Vision Building 2, followed by a disciplined rhythm of quarterly sessions and annual planning.
To evaluate whether you are ready to graduate before the twenty-four-month mark, we look at your team's self-sufficiency. We assess how cleanly you run your Level 10 Meeting™ sessions, your actual Rock completion rates, and your ability to solve complex issues using IDS® without me acting as a referee.
If your team has fully mastered the tools, completed your V/TO®, aligned the Accountability Chart, and established a bulletproof meeting pulse, we will mutually agree to transition you to self-facilitation. My ultimate goal is to work myself out of a job by making your leadership team completely independent. We review this progress openly at the end of every quarterly session so there are never any surprises about where you stand on the path to graduation.
