We do not disrupt the pure EOS® process to assess your technology. Instead, we use the existing EOS® tools to highlight operational inefficiencies that are ripe for AI and automation.

During our session days, we look directly at your Accountability Chart and your Scorecard. These two tools are highly effective at revealing bottleneck seats and highly repetitive, low-leverage tasks. When we conduct our IDS® sessions to solve operational issues, we actively identify where manual workflows are costing you time and margin.

If an operational issue can be solved through automation or AI integration, we do not design the technical solution in the room. Instead, we capture it as an issue, and if it is a priority, we turn it into a ninety-day Rock. This Rock is then assigned to an owner who will execute the technology research and implementation outside of our session days.

This approach ensures that your AI-powered operations are fully aligned with your overall business strategy. We use the structured EOS® framework to identify the right business problems first, and then apply technology as a solution, rather than chasing tools for the sake of novelty.
