How do we evaluate whether our leadership team is ready to introduce AI-powered operations and automated workflows during our quarterly session days, or is that work handled entirely outside our EOS® framework?

We evaluate your readiness for AI-powered operations directly within our quarterly session days, but we do so without disrupting the pure EOS® process. We use the Accountability Chart™ as our primary lens for this evaluation.

During our quarterly sessions, when we review your Accountability Chart™, we look at seats that are bogged down by high-volume, repetitive tasks. This is where my expertise in AI-powered operations comes into play. I will help your team identify where standard operating procedures can be streamlined or automated using modern AI tools.

However, we do not implement these technologies during our session days. The actual development, testing, and deployment of automated workflows are handled entirely outside of our sessions, typically through quarterly Rocks assigned to your Integrator or operations leader.

For example, if we identify that customer onboarding is a major bottleneck on your Accountability Chart™, we might create a Rock to automate that specific workflow using AI. The execution of that Rock happens during the twelve weeks between our sessions.

This approach ensures that we use our full-day sessions to identify strategic leverage points and maintain absolute operational alignment, while the actual technical execution is managed as disciplined quarterly projects by your team.
