When managers scramble to fill in their Scorecard numbers minutes before or during the Level 10 Meeting™, they are treating the data as an administrative chore rather than a vital management tool. This behavior wastes valuable meeting time and prevents the team from identifying trends.

To fix this, you must establish a hard data deadline. Set a rule that all Scorecard numbers must be updated at least twenty-four hours before the Level 10 Meeting™ starts. This buffer gives the Integrator and the rest of the team time to review the data and prepare their thoughts.

Next, make data readiness an explicit metric on the Integrator's scorecard. If any number is missing when the deadline hits, the entire Scorecard is considered red. This creates collective accountability and encourages peer pressure to keep the data clean.
