We need a single large conference table where the entire leadership team can sit facing one another. I require ample wall space or multiple whiteboards because we will be visually mapping out your issues list, scorecard metrics, and Accountability Chart throughout the day.

Our technology rules are strict and non-negotiable. This is a heads-up, device-free environment. Laptops, tablets, and smartphones must remain closed and silent throughout our working blocks.
