We do not load your team down with heavy homework or theoretical reading before our sessions. The beauty of EOS® is that it is practical and designed for busy operators who are already running at capacity.

Before our very first session, the only real requirement is that every member of the leadership team reads the foundational EOS® book and completes a simple organizational assessment. This assessment helps us pinpoint where the business is strong and where it is struggling. We do not want you spent or stressed before you even walk through the door.

Our session days are designed to do the heavy lifting in real time. We do not spend hours reviewing pre-written slides or lengthy reports. Instead, we bring our raw organizational challenges into the room and solve them together on the whiteboard.

Your preparation is mental, not administrative. You need to show up with an open mind, a willingness to be completely honest, and the energy to engage in tough, constructive debates. We manage the process and keep us on track so that your team can focus entirely on the strategic decisions that will move the business forward.
