After a full session day ends, how are the updated tools, V/TO decisions, and agreed-upon Rocks documented and distributed so momentum is not lost?

A highly productive session day is worthless if the decisions live on whiteboard photos that sit unread on an executive phone. We maintain strict documentation and handoff disciplines to ensure that what happens in the room translates immediately into execution on Monday morning.

During the session, your designated scribe or Integrator updates your master tools directly within your operational workspace. At the conclusion of the day, before anyone leaves the room, we review three distinct outputs:
- The updated Vision/Location Organizer, reflecting any modifications to your core target, three-year picture, or marketing strategy.
- The finalized company and departmental Rocks list, complete with single-point ownership, measurable success criteria, and strict ninety-day completion definitions.
- The cascading messages list, defining exactly what information will be shared with the broader organization, who will deliver it, and through what communication channel within forty-eight hours.

Following the session, a complete summary is archived in our shared client workspace on Circle. This workspace serves as the authoritative single source of truth for all historical session outputs, quarterly tool updates, and exit planning assets if your company is running the Step by Step Exit framework.

By forty-eight hours post-session, your Integrator is expected to have your updated company scorecard populated, individual Rocks entered into your tracking system, and the upcoming quarter Level 10 Meeting calendar confirmed. Accountability requires total clarity. We do not end a session until every leader knows precisely what they own and how their success will be measured next week.
