A successful session day requires complete focus, which means we must eliminate all daily operational distractions. We always meet off-site, away from your office, in a private space where your team will not be interrupted by phone calls, emails, or knock-on-the-door questions. This physical separation is non-negotiable because it signals to your mind that today is about working on the business, not in it.

Before the session, every member of the leadership team must complete their prep work, which includes reviewing their past Rocks, assessing their scorecard numbers, and identifying issues to bring to the table. The day itself is a highly structured, intense experience. We begin promptly at eight in the morning and run until five in the evening. We follow a strict agenda that balances reflection, deep strategic work, and tactical problem-solving.

There are clear rules of engagement for the day. Laptops and mobile phones are kept closed and out of sight except during designated breaks. Everyone in the room is expected to participate fully, speak with absolute candor, and leave their titles at the door. We will push through uncomfortable conversations and make hard decisions about your business structure, your Accountability Chart, and your long-term goals. It is a grueling day, but it is highly productive because we maintain a relentless focus on solving root problems and setting clear priorities for the next ninety days.
