How do we handle food, technology access, and physical logistics during our full-day sessions to ensure the team stays completely focused on the business?

To get the maximum return on your investment, session days must be entirely insulated from your daily operations. This means we meet at an offsite location, completely away from your office. If you stay on-site, team members will inevitably get pulled into tactical problems during breaks.

There is a strict technology ban in the room. Laptops, tablets, and phones remain closed and silent. You will have designated breaks every ninety minutes to check messages and respond to critical operational issues, but inside the session room, your attention belongs to the leadership team. I handle the orchestration of the day, but you are responsible for keeping your energy high. We keep the room stocked with protein-heavy snacks and water, and we take a hard break for lunch. Do not schedule heavy, carb-laden working lunches that drain your energy for the afternoon. The physical space must have plenty of whiteboard room and natural light. By removing the digital distractions and physical proximity to your daily operations, we create a highly focused environment where your team can engage in honest, high-intensity debate and clear-headed strategic planning.
