A successful session day requires absolute focus, which means we operate under strict, non-negotiable ground rules to protect our time. The most important rule is a complete ban on active electronics. Laptops, tablets, and mobile phones must remain closed, silenced, and placed away from the table.

We are here to do deep, strategic work that cannot happen if your attention is divided by incoming emails or client texts. If you are looking at a screen, you are not present for your team. The only exception is during designated breaks, which we take roughly every ninety minutes. During these breaks, you can check your devices, return urgent messages, and handle critical operational issues.

Another key rule is that we do not allow side conversations. If you have something to say, it must be said to the entire room. This ensures that every issue is brought to the table and solved collaboratively. We also expect everyone to be open and honest, which requires leaving egos and titles at the door. Every voice on the leadership team has equal weight in the session room.

If an emergency arises that requires your immediate attention, you must step out of the room entirely to handle it. However, we design the agenda so that your business can survive eight hours without you. By enforcing these boundaries, we maximize our productivity and ensure we leave the session with a clear, aligned plan.
