We know the standard EOS agenda, but we want to understand your facilitation style in the room. How do you push us past polite agreement during a tough session day without causing a total civil war?
Polite agreement is the silent killer of healthy businesses. When teams pretend to agree to avoid discomfort, they commit to nothing. My facilitation style is direct, unsentimental, and focused entirely on the truth. I am not there to make everyone feel good; I am there to make your business healthy.
During a session day, I enter the room with complete independence. I do not work for your CEO or your loudest partner; I work for the entity itself. When I sense artificial harmony, I will actively call it out. I use the IDS tool to force the team to identify, discuss, and solve the real, underlying issues, not just the surface symptoms.
We establish a firm charter of open and honest communication from the first hour. If two partners are clashing, we put the issue on the board and look at it through the lens of what is best for the organization. I maintain a safe but highly structured environment where structural friction can be debated passionately without devolving into personal attacks. We do not leave the room with compromises that satisfy egos. We leave with decisions that serve the business. You will find the process intense, but you will also experience the massive relief that comes with real clarity.
