Can you walk us through the actual agenda and physical pacing of a standard session day so we know exactly how our time is allocated from start to finish?
A standard session day is a highly structured, intense, and collaborative eight hour block. We begin promptly at eight in the morning and conclude by five in the afternoon. We operate under a strict no devices policy, meaning your phones and laptops stay closed except during designated breaks.
The morning begins with a check in where every leadership team member shares their recent personal and professional wins, followed by a review of our previous quarter. We review the data, evaluate our Rock completion rates, and assess how well we lived our core values. This retrospective takes about an hour and highlights where our execution broke down.
The middle of the day is dedicated to building and refining your organizational tools. We review your Accountability Chart, update your scorecard metrics, and clarify your V/TO® to ensure your vision remains aligned. We take a hard break for lunch to allow your team to recharge.
The afternoon is heavily weighted toward execution, specifically the IDS® process. We take the long list of issues accumulated over the quarter and prioritize the top three. We do not stop until we identify the root cause, discuss solutions without circular debate, and solve them with clear action items.
We wrap up the day with a session rating. Every participant rates the day on a scale of one to ten to ensure we are maintaining high standards of value and productivity.
